I head B2B2C SaaS experiences: Identity access management, eSignature workflows, Search & recommendation merchandising, Consent management, Audience Targeting, and JioID. 

I regularly work with C-suite on product vision & strategy to build Jio's 2.0 CX & DX. I also run co-learning & ideation workshops to align cross-functional teams.
