Clinical Quality Measures Management: Created a new experience from the ground up to enable Practice/Quality managers with their core tasks around the tactical and strategic decisions around providing Value-based Care to patients. This includes various workflows - Enrolling, Configuring, Tracking, Analyzing to generate insights, Reporting & Submitting Quality Measures for the healthcare providers in their Practice. This ensures the best Quality of Care for the patients at their practice. It also ensures that the practice gets the required incentives and avoids penalties from the stewards of these programs.
AthenaNet Quality Tab: I redesigned the patient chart's Point of Care workflow for Quality measures. This helped Healthcare Providers (Doctors & other Medical staff) digest Patient Care Gaps in an organised and decluttered way to provide a better quality of care & reduce patient risk, pre and post-encounter. Most importantly, it helped healthcare providers focus on the clinical care that matters at the point of care.
Athenahealth.com: Successfully increased lead generation quality by 25% and moved the prospect through their buying journey from product discovery and assessment to one-to-one meetings. To do this, I studied user flow across the website from tools like Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, Mouseflow & Envato data. The above result was achieved by 1. Rearranging content across the sight ( Running geofenced pilots for the same for A/B testing) 2. Categorising the Contact Us form data and feedback 3. Filtering out/ redirecting personas like patients & medical students from the Contact Us form by changing the Form Title, CTAs that led to the contact form, and questions in the form that would inform the user that this is meant for a Practice.
TACO: Instant Sales Pitch Deck: Designed a Sales App TACO to Map Customer Persona by enabling the salesperson to set the context (business size, location, competition, healthcare provider network, population health, relevant quality measures, billing and tax requirements, and other quantitive statistics and qualitative insights) to create Instant Custom Sales Pitch Decks which catered to individual customers. This saved a minimum of 15,000+ person hrs/year.

Honeywell.com: Research & Complete Redesign of Information Architecture and Design System to cater better to the various personas that visited the site - Consumers, Contractors, Solution Designers, Investors, Employees, and Media Influencers. Worked Closely with Marketing
eDLS & Honeywell DLS (Design Language System): These systems brought together external and internal digital experiences. Improving the experience for our users while also reaffirming the brand. While also solving design fragmentation as developers didn't always have a designer to help build their experiences. I represented the IT BU along with various designers from other BUs to build the DLS. (Marketing & Industrial designers worked on print, kiosk, and physical devices)
Total Customer Experience: On completing the Honeywell DLS I designed a flexible, modular, responsive B2B & B2C e-commerce white label framework to be used by all business units and sub-brands of Honeywell.
Honeywell's Bot Builder, Deployer, Framework & Marketplace: to build Rapid Process Automation bots & Chatbots. Also included a Bot Marketplace that allowed developers and non-developers to build and publish Rapid Process Automation bots & Chatbots to be used internally as well as to showcase to other business domains of Honeywell the power and ROI of automation. Related Projects include an SAP Notifications & Permissions Chatbot

Honeywell Intranet (Digital Workplace)(FUNDED) : As the sole UX, I created the foundations for a new Intranet experience for Honeywell through a Design Sprint that included various senior Enterprise Service & Architects.
